Seller certifies that this puppy is, to the best  of my knowledge, healthy at the time of sale. Vaccination records and a health background will be provided by the seller, which includes information on diet, shots, wormings, bathing and any other treatments given to this dog.
The buyer is required to take the puppy to his vet within 72 hours of purchase, at buyers
expense. In your health records, dates for next  scheduled vaccinations will be provided. If
buyer fails to provide vaccinations during that  time, this guarantee is null and void.

Additional provisions and Terms of Sale:

1) This dog is being sold as a family pet but may
be shown in nationally recognized breed or
performance competition. It is never to be used for
any other purpose (i.e., Guard dog, attack dog,
Brood bitch or Stud dog)

2) Buyer agrees to provide for this dogs emotional
and physical care, including annual physical exam
and recommended vaccinations by a licensed vet;
nutritious food, positive reward behavior training,
local dog licenses if required.

3) Seller recommends neutering males and spaying
females at 6 mths of age. Dogs/Puppies sold with Limited
 (Companion) registration are not to be bred!!

4) Buyer agrees that if this dog is offered for sale or
transfer to a third party, other than immediate family,
the dog shall be offered the breeder at same terms,
in writing and Breeder has 10 days to accept or reject
this right of 1^st offer. If this dog should at anytime in
its lifetime, need to be surrendered, the breeder will
either take dog back or help to re-home him/her.

5) Seller is not responsible for any medical costs
acquired while said puppy is in your care. This health
guarantee covers any life threatening or genetic
defects that will make this puppy unsuitable as a pet.
I will replace puppy with closest litter available with
same quality/Value. I do require Statements from
two Licensed Veterinarians that are not in conjunction
with each other. You have 10 days from original
Diagnoses to provide me with these statements or
Guarantee is Null and Void. Airfare is NON-Refundable
If puppy is to be replaced or refunded, He/she must
be returned to breeder (LD Legacies Shelties) at your expense.

6) Buyer agrees to provide annual vet exams,
 heartworm preventives and yearly vaccinations.

7) We do not guarantee temperament once the
puppy leaves our home as we have no control over
 your training techniques. This puppy will be/was
properly socialized at our home and would never be
offered to a family unless he qualified as a quality
pet.  

Acceptance:

Buyer Releases LD Legacies, Patricia Miller and
there Estate from any and all liabilities, and/or
damages by fault of this dog after the time of
sale. These damages include, but are not limited
to, Destruction of personal property and/or
physical damage to any person or group of
people. This form is made out in 2 copies, each
to be signed by Buyer and Seller, with each
receiving 1 copy for Records. This contract
consists of 3 pages.
